• Security achieving a valuation target. This is not static and is always driven by fundamentals.
• Investment thesis changes. There is a fundamental shift in the thesis, not simply a declining price.
• No automatic stop loss. A 10% drop triggers a formal review process – renew analysis and defense. Search for clarity and add to position, hold or sell.
• Sell decision requires majority of investment team.
